Is roadside assistance included with AAA Everyday Membership?
No. Roadside assistance benefits are not included in AAA Everyday Memberships. However, if you become stranded you can request assistance, but you will be charged market rates for service. The cost of a single tow at market rates can be several times cost of a AAA Classic Membership.
How soon after I join can I request roadside assistance?
AAA Classic roadside assistance benefits begin 3 days after enrollment and payment of membership dues. You can request assistance during the waiting period, but you will be charged market rates for the service.
Can I request roadside assistance if I am not the driver or if I am riding in a friend's car?
Yes. AAA Classic Membership provides service to members in any vehicle, whether they’re the driver or a passenger.
Roadside Assistance is provided by independent facilities contracted by AAA. Coverage in taxis, limousines and other ride-sharing conveyances is excluded. Can I add family members to my membership?
Yes. AAA Classic and AAA Everyday Primary members can add additional family members that include the Primary member’s spouse and one other adult living in the household, and their children living at the same residence or away at school. Additional family members of AAA Everyday Primary members can only have AAA Everyday memberships.
